Welcome to www.cardamum.lk, the online shopping platform for Cardamum (Sri Lanka). To provide services to valued customers, the www.cardamum.lk website adheres to the following conditions. Please read and accept the terms and guidelines below carefully before using this website’s services.

- Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are displayed on the website. Orders with inaccurate prices may also be subject to rejection or cancellation at our discretion.
- Payment: As shown on the Website, we accept several different payment methods. By submitting a payment, you permit us to charge the full price of your order to the payment method of your choice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order has been placed and confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and set from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
The below delivery times can be used only as a guide, following the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every possible effort to fulfill your order with one of the following below:
- Colombo 1-15 – deliveries will be dispatched on the same or the next day.
- Greater Colombo – deliveries will arrive within 2-3 working days.
- Outside Colombo – deliveries will arrive within 3-4 working days.
- If you do not specify a delivery address or if we have agreed to a collection time, you must pick up your Goods from our designated locations within 5 working days.
Working days mean Monday to Saturday except for Special holidays.
- Any special delivery service(Via Uber/Pick-me) delivery can take place at any time of the day and must be accepted at any time between 9 am- to 5 pm, unless otherwise previously agreed to a specific time. Delivery Rates
Starting from a minimum of Rs 350.00, prices increase depending on the location’s delivery time and mass of the parcel, delivered Island-wide.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If an item is not in stock at the time that you place your order, we will contact you to inform you about the situation and provide alternative solutions. However, if you decide to cancel the order we will refund you the total amount of your purchase, using the original method of payment.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have 7 days after receiving an item to request for an exchange. You have to inform us via email or over the phone withing 3 days after receiving the item for get an exchange.
Option 01: Exchange through Courier
Step 01 : You can inform us through Email to online@cardamum.lk or call us on +94 76 499 5958. Let us know your need to exchange your particular item.
Step 02 : After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you stating the procedure where you have to send the package back through Registered Post or a Courier Service along with following details.
Eg: To – Cardamum (Pvt) Ltd – No 71/6 Wakanda Road, Colombo 02.
From – (Your Details with the order number)
Post it back to us within 2-3 working days with the original condition along with the price tags, Please Email/WhatsApp us the Courier/Postal receipt of your exchange package. Please note that you must bear the cost of delivery charge.
Step 03 : Once we have received the package, one of our Sales Representatives will contact you and get your bank details for the refund.
Option 02 – Exchange through from our physical outlets
You must arrange a convenient time over the phone and bring the product within 5 days after receiving it to the agreed location along with the invoice and the price tags you received and the ordered item that you wish to exchange. The Exchange will be carried out based on the policies and options set out below.
If a product has any defects/damages you can go for an exchange and in the case a product cannot be exchanged, you are able to go for a refund option.
Please note: You can not make more than one exchange request simultaneously for the same order also the price tag should be intact.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site are copyrighted and/or other intellectual property rights owned, controlled or licensed by www.cardamum.lk and are protected by copyright laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from or related to your use of the website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or other intangible losses.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless against all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with such liability. In connection with violation of any of these terms and conditions in connection with your use of the application and / or any information that you enter, post, transmit or provide through any content related to it.

For all intents and purposes, this Agreement shall terminate with respect to the responsibilities and liabilities of the Parties accrued prior to the Termination
