Fun to look at, fun to cook and even more fun to eat, Dalla Costa’s pasta shapes are a brilliant way to introduce your little ones to the joys of eating pasta. Made from only the finest durum wheat semolina, the intense colours of the red and green shapes are created by the addition of real tomato and spinach, while the pasta is dried slowly to ensure the shapes won’t turn mushy when cooked.

Wheat Semolina Flour, Dehydrated Tomato (1.5%), Dehydrated Spinach (1.5%).

Preparation and Usage
Instructions
Stir it and cook “Al Dente” according to the cooking time.
Drain it and flavour with your favourite sauce.

Ingredients:
250g Dinosaur pasta, 1/4 onion, 2 carrots, 2 courgettes, 150g thin sliced bacon, 150g cream, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Cooking Instructions:
Grate the courgette and the carrot, cut onion and bacon into cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan, brown the onion and add the vegetables. Then add bacon and cream and let it cook for some minutes. Cook the pasta ‘al dente’ (5-7 min.), drain it and mix well with the sauce you prepared earlier. Serve warm and enjoy your meal.
