How to use
On first use, prime the spray by briefly pressing the nozzle.
From the onset of colds and sinusitis:
Keeping the head straight, put the nozzle in the nostril. Spray once or twice in each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
For a deeper cleansing of the nasal cavities and blocked noses:
Keeping the head tilted to one side, put the nozzle in the upper nostril.
Spray once for 2 to 3 seconds. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose.
After each use, clean the nozzle in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry with a clean and soft cloth.
Use 2 to 6 times a day, until the nose is no longer blocked or as long as your doctor recommends.
Hazards and Cautions
Warning: Pressurised contalner: May burst if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F:
